This is not a problem as our extensive stock and detailed planning mechanisms allow us the flexibility to accommodate last-minute changes. We want whatever we provide to be right for the occasion.

Yes, we do. Get in touch with our office! All our local site visits are free of charge and obligation. There is no better way for us to be able to advise you on the options available for your function.
Do you operate all year round?
Yes, we are open all year round. Rain or shine!
What is the difference between a clearspan frame marquee and a traditional marquee?
The main difference is that traditional marquees have central poles. Whilst both can be appointed to the same high degree of finish, with floorings, linings and lighting, there are considerable differences in style and aesthetic appearances between the two.
How do we know how to use the heating and lights?
Once your team has erected your tent, we will ensure that you have a full understanding of how elements such as the lights and heating are controlled. Our office line is open 24/7 to customers should an issue arise.
Will we have to pay a deposit or booking fee?
Yes, we usually ask for a booking and administration fee to secure an order; it comprises about 20% of the value we expect your final order to be. It is usually non-refundable and its value is subtracted from your final invoice total.
Are you insured?
Yes, we hold public and professional liability insurances. Equipment on hire is not automatically insured but we can advise and offer cost effective solutions.
